WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING: We provide White Glove delivery which includes 2 drivers bringing the cabinet into the customer's home and placing it in the spot of their choice, removal of packaging debris, and up to one flight of stairs. Any Extraordinary Circumstances (multiple flights of stairs, bridges/ferries etc.) may result in extra charges. The Drivers are not contracted to do ANY electronics or TV hook-up ect. In the past the customers have requested that they be allowed to plug in the cabinet and confirm for the lift goes up and down. Most drivers have been agreeable to wait long enough for the customer to test the lift. (The Drivers are not however, required to stay and this will be up to the discretion of the individual drivers.)
