TheFurniture.com provides this plan for your convenience only and cannot be held responsible for any event related to the execution and fulfillment of the obligations contained in the plan.
Once Purchase Protection Plan is paid for and your order is delivered to you, a certificate is issued in your name. It is subsequently mailed to the same address that you requested for your furniture to be delivered to. If the certificate is not received within 4 weeks of your purchase delivery date, please, notify TheFurniture.com and we will contact Montage Furniture Services to issue and mail a replacement certificate. Once you receive the certificate, please, direct all your inquiries to Montage Furniture Services.
